1. Account Registration

You must be a BNTU member to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. We accept payments via BNTU Wallet, credit card, and debit card.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in Belize Dollars (BZD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

4. Member Discounts

BNTU members receive exclusive discounts on eligible products. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Contact customer support for assistance.

6. Account Security

You are required to enable 2FA and set security questions for account protection.

1. Return Period

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, customized products, personal care items, and clearance items.

4. Return Process

Contact customer support to initiate a return. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We deliver to all districts in Belize: Belize, Cayo, Corozal, Orange Walk, Stann Creek, and Toledo.

2. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: $10 BZD
Free shipping on orders over $100 BZD

3. Delivery Times

Belize District: 1-2 business days
Cayo & Stann Creek: 2-3 business days
Other districts: 3-5 business days

4. Pickup Option

Free pickup available at BNTU Headquarters in Belize City (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
